very slow seeing patients,prescriptions never filled on time, staff never know what they are doing they never return calls, staff eating while waiting on patients either checking them out or making new appointments, just an overall a very unpleasant unprofessional atmosphere,

Horrible staff that are rude, disrespectful, and unorganized. They do not answer the phone, return phone calls and they are always confused never knowing what’s going on. Other doctors offices call them and can never get through for days. Callbacks can take a month . The staff brings down the value of the provider and it’s sad to watch the reputation in the community crumble because of them.
