Went in for Ct scan referral, she told me she’d call me following day after scan, she never followed thur, I called few days later and talked to nurse, she knew I wasn’t happy but all she did was cover for her and nurse told me my results, still no phone call from Tracy, won’t waste my time seeing her again. Go elsewhere if you want someone who does what they say they will.

From prior experiences with Tracy Kramer, I would not personally recommend her to any one who is a person of color. She is rude, disregards your pain, and rushes the appointment with fully looking at the root of the problem. She does not want to properly listen and adamantly considers everything you say a lie, without further checking any of your symptoms. She looks at me like she doesn't want to be in the same room with me and abruptly end appointment, when she doesn't to continue. I have been to her office two times and quite frankly it will be my last.
