I went in for A-Fib and he was on call. The idiots at the hospital didn't know their arm from their foot and wanted to start blood thinners immediately and I had never had anything like that happen to me in my lifetime but when he came in and saw me he took the time to explain everything in real talk and gave me a treatment that straightened me right up and no blood thinners!He made me feel so much better I am very grateful! In my opinion he is top notch and I will always be thankful he was there for me that night.

Dr. Casas has been my cardiologist since 2002. He recommended bypass surgery and oversaw my care after the surgery. I believe he saved my life. He is very busy and often called out on emergencies but has always taken time with me to discuss any concerns I may have. I have absolute confidence in Dr. Casas. The only problem I have ever had is that he occasionally cancels or postpones appointments on short notice because of emergency call outs.
