Andrea's knowledge of medications and prescribing are horrible. I had to go back to see the physician to get it straightened out and it still isn't fixed. Not to mention if you question her she is rude and demeaning.

I found that Andrea's knowledge of medications was lacking on two occasions and dealing with the triage nurse is always a major trial.
