Linda Spencer has changed my life. She is very knowledgeable, may run a bit late but what health care professional doesn’t? Rating Spencer alone - 5 stars. Office staff could be a bit more happy to see her patients.

Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but she always spends the time it takes to figure out your personal health issue. I have been going to her for at least 15 years. We have tried other doctors but always go back to her for care.

I was very pleased with Linda Spencer's knowledge of hormones. Her nurses were very friendly as well. Overall a good experience. That being said her front office receptionist is terrible!!! Rude and unprofessional. She ignored me when I signed in. I let her know I was upset about the wait time. Her repose: what do you want me to do about it? Linda should really let this employee go and she would have a wonderful staff.

The receptionist was rude and very unprofessional. She told me she "made a boo boo" when she forgot to get my insurance information. I waited in the waiting room for over and hour and in the exam room for at least another 30 minutes. Linda was apologetic for the wait time and spent a great deal of time with me. Her nurses aware knowledgeable and friendly. I did feel like Linda was more of a sales woman than a physician as she tried to convince me I needed to purchase 5 supplements and have a $204 blood test! Overall not a pleasant experience and I will not be going back

Front office receptionist terribly rude. Linda was 2 hours late for my appointment and didn't even apologize. Then Linda tried to convince me that I needed hundreds of dollars worth of tests and supplements from her office. I felt scammed and disrespected. I do not recommend this place
