Terrible Nurse Practitioner, I’ve been calling for over a week straight to have them send my maintenance medications to my pharmacy and still have yet to receive anything. Please DO NOT visit her, seek help from an actual professional that cares about their patients and sends medications on time. Luz Alcaraz is a horrible NP.
