1:50 appt, 2:40 finally made it to her office, waited there until 3:10 , there was no, "sorry we are really running late today" until when Dr came in. Inexcusable! Oh, and I was a new patient.

Went to her for years. Not anymore. I do have alopecia which she said I didn't and my new dr. found skin cancer which I asked her about. Yelled at me said I was Dr shopping can't take any kind of pain med's alergic to them. Wait forever to see her and she spends five minutes to see you, her bedside manner is horrible! I'm so glad I never have to see her again!! But I will miss Joyce what a sweetheart!

I have taken my 92 year old father to Dr. Finnegan, and I see her myself for multiple episodes of basal cell skin cancer. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to be sure I understand what is going to happen. She follows up when it is required. This practice is one in a million. Highly recommend.

My only complaint is she did seem rushed much of the time BUT, when I requested to speak with her afterwards she came in, sat down & took her time to explain things to me. I believe we, as patients, need to hold all Dr.s accountable & to let our needs be known. Also, I fond her & her PA to be very supportive, compassionate & non-judgemental. When I called after hours I was called back rather quickly & the PA spent a fair amount of time with me. I would send anyone even a family member here. Great job!

I did not like her bedside manner. I had a mole removed and she seemed very rushed. She was in and out in minutes having dropped the words "malignant, benign, chemotherapy and cancer" not to mention I left with stitches. I was completely confused. She briefly answered my questions with her hand on the doorknob ready to leave the entire time.

always, always having to wait for my appointment. when finally she does come in she very rushed and doesnt spend time with me. reason i do go back is because of her excellent staff.
