Biography

Francis received his Master's Degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and undergraduate studies from Lamar University in Beaumont and the University of Texas at Austin. He opened his first private practice in Beaumont, Texas in 2005 which was featured in Physician's Practice Magazine (2010) for the use of green office technology. In 2008, he founded Skinologie Medical Spa which offered the latest non-invasive aesthetic procedures in the Southeast Texas region. Francis moved back to his hometown of Cedar Park to open Zest Family Medicine and a second Skinologie Medical Spa in 2013. His previous work in Houston established a youth-centered HIV- primary care clinic that has earned national recognition. He has served as a consultant for the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration to address the national nursing shortage and to promote advanced nursing practice. Francis works in partnership with Dr. John Fowler, MD and Dr. Ronaldo Matsuda, MD.
