Dr Indu has operated on both my kids as well as my husband and myself and she has been amazing every time. I couldn't recommend her more

Reception staff are the rudest I have ever come across especially the older lady with grey bobbed hair. There is just no need to be so mean to customers. Dr Indu stood up whilst I was still asking questions!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Surgery cost was excessive (based on research I did after the fact and info provided by my private health insurance company). When questioned about these costs, staff were very rude.
Follow-ups were pointless and cost around $100/min.
Issues continue to occur, and when mentioned they were dismissed.
Another ENT has since said there should have been multiple other things addressed that were simply ignored.

Admin staff are the rudest ive ever come across. After 2 hours of waiting with 3 children under the age of 3, we were asked to pay $1,200 upfront for one surgery. We saw the doctor for no more than 2 mins. After deciding not proceed, staff refused to process the refund for the pre payment that day, insisting I had to wait. No response to my emails so far. Disgusting!

DR Gunawardena failed to diagnose Grade 4 polyps after examining my nasal passage with a camera - I spent the following months searching for answers only to visit another ENT who immediately diagnosed the polls. Im not sure how she could get it so wrong. Disappointed but happy to finally have some relief after surgery.

Found that once dr realised I wasn’t proceeding with surgery, she completely dismissed me, $300 plus for a 2min consultation is a bit rude
