He's sexist, impatient, an arrogant know it all that can't stand being wrong, googles everything, and is outdated/old fashion with no first hand experience of addiction. The heck do you know Ahmed? old text book crap from the 80s? You're a liability.

You want an attentive and caring psychiatrist that actually takes the time to listen and is empathetic towards their patient? it's not this guy.

Their receptionist staff is a joke as well that doesn't like putting up with people. Pay attention to all the eye rolls and hand gestures of frustrations. Don't speak fluent english? don't bother coming here.

Though a bit old-fashioned and lacking in bedside manner, Dr. Mansour is knowledgeable and very thorough, making sure all tests and treatment options are explored.

I met Dr. Mansour at the withdrawal center. He prescribed me benzos, knowing I have an addiction and changed my antidepressants after talking with me for only 10 minutes. He had no idea of my history. On top of that he went away for three months with no follow up doctor. And after having to go to the actual office because no one was answering my calls I find out he didn’t even go on vacation for that 3 months. I was hospitalized twice because of all this, and no one to follow up with. I almost died this year and I give all the credit to Dr. Mansour. I saw him again today for my three month follow-up and he didn’t listen. Didn’t even look at me didn’t even remember who I was didn’t even care. I brought my mother in with me for support, and he totally talked down to her as well, no respect at all. He wouldn’t give me another psychiatrist because apparently I fired him. This man totally ruined my life and didn’t help it at all.

I have been seeing Dr. Mansour for years. He is frustrated with me. He makes me feel like a naughty child. He is old school. I am a woman, I brought up menopause and my condition? Nothing. Too busy dealing with other people! He kicked me out because he had a patient waiting on the phone. He was angry with me. Mansour expects me to just get better. I have bipolar, but do I? Very very disappointed. When doctors don't care and you are suicidal, and they just let you go.

Dr.Mansour has listened to me, and made me feel like I wasnt crazy. I was a bit speculative about seeing a doctor and taking medications, but doctor Mansour has saved my life.

Dr. Mansour stopped calling me or booking future appointments when I was unable to connect using my phone for a virtual meeting...

I explained that my phone would not connect using his link.

Instead he called me so I explained I couldn't connect but that I was driving and that we could have our meeting over the phone.

Dr. Mansour didn't like that so he hung up on me and never followed up again.

I am now without a psychiatrist or medication.

He's okay... he doesn't know a damn thing about first hand experience in battling addiction despite him showing off his degrees. He is old fashion.
A question to ypu Dr. Mansour - Have you ever done drugs before or have ever battled addiction? there's a huge difference from studying it and actually experiencing it first hand. You're only good at filling out Rx's and moving on to the next patient, which is pretty typical of psychiatrists... They don't know S%#^$! All they're good at is medicating you with more drugs... what kind of solution is that?!?!?!

I don't want to give personal info or anything that could fall back on me, so I will be vague. Don't bother if you are a woman, he won't listen to anything you say. Didn't read my intake form at all. Only talked to me for 20 minutes and decided he knew everything in my life. Pushed a diagnosis and pills on me and denied my request for followup therapy appointments. Darcy, his clerk, is a gem and the only good part about his practice. Rating 1 stars for everything because he is half of the staff.
