The receptions are always changing and lousy. They seemed to be not trustworthy and newly hired from times, probably the job market is in shortage of this type, and there was no formal job training for this category. Doctor is very protective and sophisticated, therefore presented to be a bit arrogant. It sounds that the residents of this area aren't up to her standard!?

Dr Li is wonderful. She is kind, patient, understanding and will listen carefully. She will take the time to explain, so as a patient you can understand exactly why she is referring or prescribing anything for you. She will also answer your calls when she can and give you your results over the phone if its important and you live far away. Her service is above and beyond and even though I live quite a distance away, I will continue to keep her as my GP because she is such a wonderful Dr.
