Have had Dr Haynes for several years. Best Dr I have had. She communicates and keeps patient best interest in mind. I was hesitant in having a good dr at Blythe Rd but this Dr was so busy it felt like a conveyor belt. I liked Dr but just too busy. So I decided to try Dr Haynes and could not be happier. A doctor who takes the time to email patients even if it come from assistant is rare.

I recently had to find a new 'S after my doctor of over 10 yrs closed her practice. I found Dr Haynes to be very knowledgeable and concerned for my well being. She has a very good way of helping you want to do the things you need to do to be healthy. Have never waited more than a few minutes and she does not rush you out the door in 10 min

I went almost 15 years without seeing a doctor other than the ER. After seeing Erin Haynes for the first time for a physical I felt a tiny bit more comfortable with the medical community and Erin, in particular. However, six months after my first visit I got a really bad ear infection just a week after having dental work done. I called her office and was told five times over three days that I needed to go to a dentist. I explained each time that I had seen the dentist and he had advised me to see my doctor. Erin refused to even see me, much less treat the infection, and wanted my dentist to treat my ear infection. In all the back and forth I ended up at the hospital with an infected ear and ruptured ear drum. It will likely be another 15 years before I see another doctor. Erin Haynes is registered as a doctor of internal medicine who provides Adult Medicine, Family Care and Primary Care so I am not sure why she could not even look at, much less treat, a simple ear infection.
