my initial visit was fine, but no follow up on my phone calls concerning my urine test, no one at Greater Baden where she works could explain why my lab didnt populate on the portal provided for patience to see their charts. It has been 2 weeks of me trying to get my PRIMARY doctor Ms Webb or any other doctor in their network to call me. If I was DYING I guess I'd be dead. I explained to the receptionist/customer service that it was IMPERATIVE that I receive those results ASAP they scheduled me with ANOTHER doctor for a phone call... I waited 30 minutes AFTER the allotted time, NO CALL! I called the customer service they said he was running late but I was still in queue for him to call.... NO CALL! Greater Baden is POORLY ran and the doctors are UNORGANIZED that I have seen.. that's what I get for not signing up in time for Kaiser.. but you can bet your LAST dollar come November I will be gone from this JOKE of an organization
