Doesn't listen to anything you say. I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks and she saw nothing wrong with it and sent me home saying I was dehydrated and to drink broth and Gatorade. I was in DKA and admitted to icU that night. Spent 3 months in the hospital and upon return Nd for a post hospital check up she was still careless.
