In a recent visit to a new Doctor due the retirement of my old doctor, the new Nurse Practitioner falsely claimed an addiction to Zanex. She erroneously refers me to a mental health clinic for addiction without my knowledge or any background or testing to substantiate her false claims of addiction. I have never been addicted to anything or had any addiction health issues ever in my 58 years of life. I find myself being bullied by this Certified Nurse Practitioner for having in the past used Zanex for anxiety and nervousness including relief from a debilitating nerve injury. I have never been addicted to anything in my life. I now find derogatory and false claims in my health records due this Sandra Ulmers personal overzealous quest to rid our small town of opioids. It has consumed her making her disregard the true professional use of Zanex for treatment of occasional anxiety and nervousness including its effect to help with nerve damage. Her remarks and diagnosis came after one twenty-minute appointment they are false unsubstantiated and horrifying. I refused to sign a letter for this Sandra Ulmer of Midwest Internal Medicine located in Lake Havasu City AZ 86406 . I would like to file a formal complaint against this Nurse Practitioner and have her reported for falsely accusing a patient with no history of addiction ever to a mental health organization for addiction help I saw Sandra Ulmer one time for twenty minutes I was never tested for opioids and her accusations are farfetched and false.
