Office staff are very nice, I find that I do wait quite a while before my scheduled appointment. I find Sommer to be kind, but there are times I feel like I bother her. I use the MYCHART app to communicate with the office and that is nice thing to have, when you just need a quick message or a refill. I am not sure Id recommend Sommer to other people, but she works for me.

Office staff is great and always kind. Usually get in and out in a timely manner. I dont feel Sommer always listens to my concerns or takes them seriously, but overall like her as my provider.
