Dr Wimmer has been awesome and caring throughout the whole ordeal

I went to Dr. Wimmer in 2001 as a pregnant 29 y.o. w/Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Though my rare cancer was somewhat unfamiliar to him, and there was a minimum of miscommunication, he did not stop trying to find the best way to treat my condition. As for personality...he shed a tear or two with me and was always available to me when I had a question; even if it was questioning a decision he made or going to bat for me over another dr's advice. He always has words of encouragement at my follow ups as well as pats on the back.
