I had a failed NovaSure Endometrial Ablation & PATSS. I believe I shouldn't have had an ablation based on my preconditions of PCOS, 3 c-sections, & tubal ligation. I lived with increasing pain for several years. After a hysteroscopy & laparoscopy revealed my cervix was adhered to my bladder I knew I needed a skilled surgeon. I searched for several opinions & chose Dr. Lyons to perform a Da Vinci assisted total laparoscopic hysterectomy & a bilateral salpingectomy. He saved my bladder! I was nervous to go home the same day from surgery, but I got along extremely well. I credit Dr. Lyons and his surgery team for how well I have healed. In his practice I met with PA Erin Fuller first, then Dr. Lyons, then Erin Fuller for pre-op, Lyons performed surgery and Fuller assisted. The front office employees aren't necessarily overly friendly, but I never felt they were rude. I needed Dr. Lyons to relieve me from my pain and he delivered!

Dr Lyons is great. He diagnosed and treated me quickly, when other doctors had missed the real issue. I'm doing better than I have in years. He always takes the time to answer questions and helps empower the patient to make informed decisions on how to proceed. Plus, he's just super nice. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lyons is so wonderful. He has treated my mom for various problems, my sister for PCOS, and my self for stage 3 endometriosis. He listens to what I have to say and takes every word of it seriously. I'm overly thankful to have him as my doctor, especially after hearing the horror stories from some of my girl friends who've had to switch doctors multiple times before finally finding someone to take their concerns seriously. Thank you for all of the good work you do.

Dr. Lyons himself, Erin and Elizabeth are amazing though his front office staff is very rude and cold they dont acknowledge you when you walk in and if they do its a brief moment, when making an appointment they are just as rude on the phone. If it wasnt for me liking Dr. Lyons so much I probably would find another doctor just because of the front girls.

Girls let us take the depo bc home and said we could give it at home also. Dr Lyons could not get my name right after five appointments one every month. The girls up front are so rude to you

Dr. Lyons and his staff exceeded my expectations in provider care. Though I did not study medicine in college I am certain that if "Excellent Care" needed to be defined, all one would have to do is observe how Dr. Lyons conducts his practice daily.

Wait times were minimal but if they were lengthier than anticipated the staff kept me informed. They even took the time to call before one of my appointments to say they were running behind and I could wait a little longer at home instead of waiting in their lobby.

The comfort of the facilities was astonishing. They provide closets in which I may hang my clothing instead of folding everything into a pile to set on a chair. Each exam room has a space heater that they will adjust to your liking!

The time spent with me was superior to any other practitioner I have seen in my life time. I was never interrupted, they always had answers to my questions, and they always seemed to be genuinely concerned about my health and well being.

To top it off, Dr. Lyons is very charismatic and sets the tone for a very comfortable and safe environment.

Dr. Lyons is the most caring, calm and knowledgeable doctor I know! I wouldn't go to any other physician! Unfortunately his front office is poor. It used to be a friendly, welcoming environment! They used to have staff that would smile and great you by your NAME! That was huge for me as a patient to feel as if I was cared for by all the employees. His front office has gone through some changes and they would benefit from more. The front desk lady is cold, non approachable and I have personally seen her rudeness to patients spouses.. But don't judge the book by its cover! The staff once you go back are awesome!! From the time the lady takes you back to the time you walk out the exam room you will feel like you ARE the #1 priority! That's huge!
