Dr. Wendy Biagiotti and her front office staff are horrible. The staffs tells you to "hold on" and leaves the phone off the hook, never getting back to you. Have to call again for them to answer the phone. Takes what your saying as not a big issue and doesn't take you seriously. Doctors under her never take what you say seriously and rather collect checks then be a compassionate doctor.

Dr Emilio and Dr Wendy are wonderful. The problem is their front desk staff. Rude and make it impossible to get an appointment

Dr. Wendy is always very kind and gets to the cause of the problem. She will go way out of her way when you required extra care. I have had to wait sometimes to see her but then again when I was very very sick she took the necessary time with me even though others may have had more of a wait. I find the staff to be very kind a friendly and helpful. some new staff need more experience and are not always as together as the more experienced staff but they are learning and if you make sure they know your situation they are helpful.

Dr. Wendy is wonderful - she explains everything - is very patient with answering questions and thorough with her examinations. Her new nurse/PA is very nice and friendly HOWEVER, I must agree with the majority - the front office staff is nasty - very rude on the phone...plus the wait time to see her is on average 1 - 2 hours.

I think Dr. Wendy, Dr. Emilio and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond for the patients. I've read some of these comments that people have written and I think it's disgusting. I've seen for myself what the front staff deals with and it's not very nice what patients do either. Not everyone is perfect and we all have bad days. But what was said in my opinion is alittle to extreme. I've waited to be seen also but in my opinion the doctor's are worth the wait. They are very caring about their patient's. I also think the front staff and the medical technicians are a wonderful people. They have always treated my family and I really good and have always been respectful.

Dr. W is the best, but I agree, the front office staff is less than helpful/friendly. And why on earth is there no voicemail?

Dr. Emilio and Wendy have both saved my life on two occasions. I would'nt trade my Dr.'s for anything in the world! His staff has always been gracious and respectful with my family and me. Dr. Emilio and Wendy have the best Bed-side manner any patient would want for a Doctor!

I agree with the many comments- Dr.Wendy is an excellent MD but her front staff are the worse. They give priority to those who walk in the office, they do not like picking up the phone and when they do its like they are forced to answer questions. It is ashame that the staff are not as friendly and upbeat as both Dr.(Wendy and Emilio)Biagiotti. The practice would be so much better if they revamped their staff. I love going to her for care but hate to wait over three hours for care because the front staff favor and priortize their neighbohood buddies. I know they do not relate the messages to Dr. Wendy that clients leave for her to return. Dr.Wendy and Dr.Emilio, if you are reading this PLEASE change the staff! They do not provide excellent customer service and your staff make your practice look bad knowing there are really two professional and caring MD's. SAVE YOUR PRACTICE!

HER FRONT OFFICE STAFF...WHETHER ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON ARE THE WORST. THEY ACT AND SOUND LIKE THAT YOU DOING YOU A FAVOR. SOMEHOW I THINK THAT WHEN I LEAVE THE DR A MESSAGE SHE NEVER EVEN GETS IT. I'VE BEEN IN THE OFFICE WHEN I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE AND THE STAFF LET THE PHONE RING AND RING. WHEN THEY FINALLY PICK UP THE PHONE THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE LIKE I'VE NEVER SEEN. ONCE THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK EVEN GAVE ME A HARD TIME WHEN I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT. THEY ALSO GAVE ME BAD INFORMATION ON MY INSURANCE. THEY SAID LAB TESTS WEREN'T COVERED AND THEY WERE.... AS FAR AS DOCTORS GO, SHE'S THE BEST...GETTING TO HER IS THE PITS...SOONER OR LATER I'LL HAVE TO MAKE A DECISION ON WHETHER I WANT TO REMAIN A PATIENT OF HERS AND PUT UP WITH HER OFFICE STAFF.

I think she is good but her front staff could hurt her practice. Dr.Wendy is lax is getting back to yer patients. I have waited up to four days and several phone calls to finally get a call back.
