Saw for follow-up cancer care. My tumor was never discovered by bloodwork or CT scan and I told the doctor this. Even so, the only follow-up he would plan on doing were those two tests, even though my cancer has a high chance of recurrence. I think cancer patients need to be treated indivudually and not by following a form that says if you had this kind of cancer, you get this period. If I would choose to stay here and have a recurrence it would most likely be overlooked. Regarding my rating on staff - all three people involved with my appointment were too overwhelmed (their words) by my paperwork (paper they requested) to read it. I even had a followup phonecall requesting more papers when the answer they sought was in front of them. I did not get taken to a room until 30 minutes after my appt time, still was another hour before I saw the onc, took 3+ hours and this was just a consult.
