I highly recommend Dr. Scholl. I have degenerative disk disease and Dr. Scholl performed ALIF surgery on me. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and honest. He has published books and articles on spine surgery and created software for orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons to ease the ICD-9 transition.

Couldn't ask for better experience. I had terrible arm pain and I had no problems with surgery. Would definitely recommend!

I think Dr. Scholl is a great referred physician for the issues he is brought, but he does not like long-term follow-up. He is a specialist in severe spinal problems and is very good at what he does. Had no complications from cervical disk fusion and a quick recovery.

Attentive to patients only when in the office...does not return phone calls timely (same day) even when patients are in pain recovering from surgery...uses an assistant to follow up with patients after surgery and doesn't even see you himself.
