I recently had a tooth abscess, which was extremely painful. I went in to another dentist & they gave me antibiotics & pain meds then sent me home & said I needed to wait until it clears up before they could pull the tooth. I ended up seeking another opinion & Dr. Koonce was able to pull my wisdom tooth that had abscessed the following day! I get very anxious when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Koonce made me feel VERY comfortable & I felt absolutely NO PAIN when she pulled my tooth out. On top of all that she was so gentle the next day I had no swelling or pain!! I took one ibuprofen when I woke up, just incase I might have pain, but I never felt any pain even after 6 hours when my ibuprofen should've worn off! All I did was an ice pack on & off all day! Dr. Koonce was wonderful & I will continue to see her for all my dental needs! The entire staff was just as wonderful, & I highly recommend it! FYI: the pricing was great an affordable!!
