My initial reaction was one of surprise when I first saw Dr. Battles. She appeared to be about the same age as my oldest daughter. I was skeptical of her abilities because of her perceived age. When she opened her mouth, she had me at "hello". Not only was she pleasing to the eyes but she was highly professional and knew what she was doing. She made me feel very much at ease and created an environment that made it easy for me to ask questions about my health. Excellent doctor and satisfying visit. I hope I do not have to see her soon, but if I do, that would be a good thing.
