I love Dr. Arbuck. He is professional, funny, and tells you like it is. Very upfront. Like any other dr, if you don't follow the treatment plan developed by you and your team, you will be discharged for noncompliance. I am prescribed naltrexone for pain management although it is typically used for addiction. I have a prescription that states it is for pain management and have had no problems with any insurance covering it. Yes you go multiple times in the beginning of your treatment but once your issues become under control you basically have maintenance appointments which are every 3-6 months. I drive an hour and a half one way to get to the clinic and know it is worth it. All the other drs I have seen just wanted to throw narcotics at me and only treat the symptoms. The Polyclinic staff treat the cause without the use of addicting drugs and treat the whole person how to manage the pain from day to day. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at this clinic.

Not only did he give me suboxone like candy, he claimed I tested dirty when I do nothing. Then dropped me and sent me a list of clinics like the method one clinic( I’m allergic to methodone). He was more interested in money. After finding a true pain dr, I found the surgeries ( adhesion removal) he had me do actual made me worse. Now I have permanent damage and pain from the adhesions. It was an awful experience with horrible results.

From the moment I stepped in the door the staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. Dr. Arbuck took the necessary time to get to know my story and what brought me to the clinic. He listened intently and asked questions to ensure he had the proper understanding of my situation. Even after the initial appointment Dr. Arbuck meets with me nearly every month to ensure we are still aligned on my treatment plan. Most bad reviews are patients not taking responsibility for their own actions and are upset that they did not follow patient rules and they have to face the consequences.

I began seeing Dr. Arbuck about four years ago for a psychiatric condition. I had seen several doctors and been put on countless meds, none of which helped. I had given up hope of ever living a normal life. Dr. Arbuck was able to help me, literally giving me my life back. He seems to genuinely care and is always positive. I highly recommend him and the Indiana Polyclinic.

Dr. Arbuck is an arrogant and incompetent doctor. He claims to be cutting edge and superior but in reality he is a below average doctor with poor communication skills and poor bedside manner. I tried him out for a year. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I do not recommend him for anyone.
