Dr. Mark Smith is a great doctor who helped me through a horrible situation. He performed surgery to fix a problem another doctor had created. He was understanding and patient with me as I was scared and asked lots of questions. He made me feel at ease and spent time with me to make sure I was being heard. His PA, Casey, was amazing and is also a great doctor. I would recommend him to family and would see him again if ever necessary.

Fantastic surgeon! robotic hernia repair with almost no pain and no postop problems. Everything went as explained. Best surgeon in town!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Dr. Smith was very positive. He removed my gallbladder and I had very little pain. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and I have recommended him to my family.

The worst surgeon ever. Very unsanitary doctor!!! No bedside manner whatsoever and seems like he hates his job. Does not really care about his patience, doesn't answer your questions . Last surgeon I would ever use bottom line, hands down!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Mark Smith is not a very good surgeon in my opinion. After my surgery for an umbilical hernia repair that had already been done 18 months before by another surgeon, he kept apologizing to me. At my first post-op appointment, he treated me like he was mad at me for something. He does not have a very good bed side manner and does not know how to treat patients. My hernia repair the Dr. Mark Smith did in June 2014 has come undone as of November 2014. I would not recommend Dr. Mark Smith to anyone. When I returned to Dr. Mark Smith's office on December 5, 2014, all patients that came in after me and before me were called as I sat waiting still. I took this as a sign that he did not want to talk to me. I left and am seeking other opinions.
