Spent only 5 minutes with me, hardly examined my problem, horrible bedside manner, prescribed the wrong medication for pain

I was very disappointed with Dr. Hess. He didnt listen when i explained my pain, which was my entire back. Only attempted to treat my lower back with injections and didnt even numb the 6 injection sites. Not helpful at all and the injections were very painful! See someone else!

Terrible bedside manner. Not helpful at all. Never followed up with test results. Go elsewhere.

he seems to lack concern for patients in pain. I was having bad side effects to one medication, and he stated (Through a nurse) to stop taking it, and didn't even offer to find a substitute medication. frustrating to say the least. avoid

Excellent doctor, excellent staff! Always courteous. Don't like going to the doctor, but this office and doc are the exception!!!

Complained about this doc nothing was ever done. I suggest you avoid this one. Found another good doc.
