He himself does alright; medically speaking, but hires inept staff who charge for services for one's prescription and conceal the fact that ordered and prepaid services were never performed. Case in point; I had paid for rather expensive glasses WITH coatings, and found out recently from another eye doctor that the coatings were never applied to the lenses. As for knowledgeablity, well if the staff is inept and the doctor hires them; trust is GONE with the doctor!!!
