I went for my daughter who has walking at the young age of 18 months!! He immediately referred us to have Scan and Physiotherapy. Just been to Physio couple of times and already seeing some improvements. Waiting for Scan to be done...

He does not consider the whole aspect of the symptoms you describe and tends to latch onto one sympton. Me and my friend have visited him with similar symptoms ( stomach cramps) and he keeps telling us that we are depressed. I am 16 years olds, happy and I was not concerned about this. He wasted a lot of time and money and if you are in the bucks area I would recommend going to see Dr Heather Mitchell who is certainly better.
