Staff and Dr. Guenter treated my 88 year old with the highest level of respect and dignity. Found him and staff to be very professional, caring and devoted to well-being of the patients.

Yesterday was my latest visit with Dr. Guenter, and unfortunately my last. Basically, I needed a prescription until I was able to see my specialist again. What should have been an uncomplicated matter ended up as a high-conflict visit. Although I was completely out of medicine, Dr. Guenter was reluctant to assist me, subjecting me to cross-examination more appropriate for a trial lawyer, arguing and stonewalling and insulting me in the process. I strode out of the office, crying, only to return and have to plea with a staff member. Now I'm out of a doctor, the practice is not accepting new patients, and my cynicism toward today's insensitive and self-serving medical establishment unnecessarily reinforced. My visit also demonstrated the acute need to further educate the public, etc. on the may facets of depression.
