I went in for evaluation to get my top wisdom teeth removed. The nurses were in their own little world. And when I did finally see Dr. Gallia he went “your insurance won’t cover it.” And ushered me out. I tried to ask questions, but he got more annoyed with each one. I asked why my insurance wouldn’t cover it since it’s standard for most people, and he gave me a classist lecture about state insurance. So if he knew that my insurance wouldn’t cover it why did you schedule an evaluation by with me? Later I asked how much it would be out of pocket, receptionist said it would be around $1,200 and said something about sedating me when I told them at the consultation I didn’t want to be sedated. So I told them again I didn’t wanted to be sedated and just numbed as I was for my bottom wisdom teeth. And he got mad I even suggested such a thing. They said they’d call me back after speaking to the dentist. And of course they never did. I tried calling, but I’m pretty sure they’re ignoring my calls. Stay far away from this dentist!!

Completely awful experience. Dr. Gallia was rude and condescending to not only me but to his staff as well. He was dismissive and arrogant. He wouldn't answer my questions until prodded to do so and then was EXTREMELY condescending. I called back after my appointment and let the office manager know of my terrible experience. When she informed Dr. Gallia of my complaint, he angrily called me and told me me to find another surgeon. He hung up on me like a child. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever been a part of. I filed a complaint with the Dental Board of California because of his improper care and unprofessional behavior. Every person working in this office besides Dr. Gallia has gone above and beyond for me and I'm so thankful for them. However, I recommend staying as far away from this place as possible

This man is disguistingly rude. It is my daughter's first appointment, as he walks into the room he doesn't even make eye contact or introduce himself. He speaks with his assistance, then turns to me and says "do u speak English?" And said if the copies of the images we brought don't work they HAVE to take their own and charge me then walks out the room. Please you guys, I work for Anthem Blue Cross, save yourself the time and money DO NOT SEE THIS MAN AND HIS HORRIBLE STAFF !!!!!!

What a horrible doctor. He broke my jaw pulling out my wisdom teeth, pushed it back in while I was still under, and lied about it. When I had an MRI to prove my jaw had been broken he said I just have don't it myself by accident while I was flossing. Ha! If you research this doctor you'll find years of mutilated patients and relocated renamed practices, whatever Board certified this hack is clearly more concerned with $$ then protecting the public from monsters like this. What a shame. Stay away from Dr. Gallia I promise a lifetime of pain and medical issues is not worth 10minutes of his incredibly rude and arrogant demeanor.

I agree with everyone else. My experience with him was bad . I never wrote a review before but I had to on this one. My surgery came out well or so I think. I'm going to go to my regular dentist and see if everything is okay because honestly going back to Gallia is not worth it. He is very rude and seems like he doesn't care about you. Either he only cares about his money or he's bored with his job. His staff was okay but i felt like they could of been better. Gallia is not a people person DO NOT GO. Being rude only makes you seem like your miserable and actually check a patient when they tell you about pain.

Arrogant jerk. Dr. Gallia is arrogant and dismissive. His bedside manner needs serious improvement. He acts like he is bored with his work because he has done it before a million times. He is rude and unhelpful and not willing to advise a patient fully so that the patient can make an informed decision based on a strong recommendation from a qualified doctor.

this Doctor is not profecianal, non atintive, agressive in nature, and is quick to overpower a patient to have a good day, i whent in for a conciltation with a ear infection i was to take to my primery care doctor. the person proceeded to grab and push on my face like i was a crash test dummy. when i asked him to ease up a little, he told me that i can stop the attitud or i have no reason to do bussiness with you. please ask what proffesional would say that to a patient and think its ok.needed vacation or not that is not how you help pations in tears from the pain already.
