I love Dr. Frances Bercier! She is friendly and very gentle when working on you! She is up to date with all the latest technology and takes ALL insurance plans! I use to fear going to the dentist but since finding Dr. Frances Bercier I can honestly say I no longer have that fear! If you are reading this review and are looking for a new dentist do yourself a favor and call her office today to make an appointment! I promise you will not regret it!

I've been without dental insurance for a while now, and admittedly put off going to the dentist too long. But when I started experiencing some pretty severe tooth pain, I knew it was time to get checked out. I'd heard good things about Dr. Bercier from family in LC, and after researching prices in both NOLA and LC, I decided it was worth it to make the drive from New Orleans to see her. BEST DECISION EVER. (Dental health-wise, anyway.) As nervous as I was going in, the staff was so friendly and genuinely concerned for my wellbeing that my anxiety didn't bother me long. Dr. Bercier explained what was going on with my poor teeth and was so patient with my (numerous) questions. And she was so thorough in carrying out her care plan! This doc is meticulous, a perfectionist for sure. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect before I left- and it was. I haven't had pain since. They were understanding of my financial situation & worked with me on creating a manageable pay plan.

Felt very rushed and almost cornered by the office manager demanding payment before my work was done and it appeared she was in a hurry to go eat lunch. I left in pain and a week later my filling fell out.

Dr Bercier and her staff are great! They all put me right at ease! I loved being treated as a person not a number! Very comfortable and relaxing office.
