Dr. Barazi did not go over my results with me and I am a cancer patient. Lack of bedside manners. Bad attitude. I asked the hospital adminstration for investigations.

Dr Barazi is a new addition to this facility. She is awesome. She took time to sit down with me and went over my diagnosis so thoroughly and with great compassion. I was a previous patient if Dr Roy and she was so busy she used to rush her appointments with me. Dr Barazi is an excellent addition to this center. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

I have been a patient at MCI in Naperville for a number of years and was unaware that the practice was sold to Rush. After I told Dr. Barazi I was so disappointed that Dr. Roy was gone she told me "well you can google her or ask the staff where she is and follow her" in a very rude tone. Dr. Barazi did not go over my mammogram and I am a breast cancer patient. She was so annoyed I asked about Dr. Roy she got up walked out, left me in the dressing room and that was it. I finally got up and went to the nice lady who checked me in and told her I was not sure what just happened with that Doctors bedside manner. MCI did try to help and they were very apologetic. I am not sure if Dr. Barazi was tired of hearing people ask about Dr. Roy becuase people loved her so much but she should really try to take a page out of Dr.Roy's book on bedside manners. Since having cancer I have seen so many doctors and this is (iam thankful to say) the only awful experience I have ever had.
