After thousands of dollars of tests,, he did not take time to adequately discuss the findings. Wait time was very long and appointments were very late in the day. ..very unprofessional with lack of compassion…

I did an EGD with Dr. Patel. Long story short an ambulance was called to take me to the medical center because of a bad reaction to a medication he used. I requested the medical records because I am undergoing another procedure where I will be put to sleep. There is no mention of me being sent to the medical center or the medications they used in my records (what are you hiding). The staff was very rude about MY medical records. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this doctor. Please find someone else! His staff is UNBELIEVABLY RUDE.

I was forgotten by the staff both time I was seen at this office the first time only one nurse and Dr. Patel were in the office before I went looking for help.The second time, I mad sure the staff knew I was there. I had an abnormal test done but was not notified for several months. BTW the law states a patient must get results in atleast 14 days.

I am most unhappy with this doctor. He insisted on seeing me after performing a colonoscopy, put me on very expensive medication and avoided answering any of my questions regarding my condition or the purpose of the medication. Waiting time for my last appointment was over 2 hours in the waiting room plus another 45 minutes in the exam room with no explanation. He may be knowledgeable but shows little regard for his patient's questions or consideration of the patient's time.
