I found Dr. Kutty to be very professional and kind. His staff, especially in recovery were great! I was terrified to have a colonoscopy done but Dr. Kutty’s kind smile put me at ease. I can’t say enough about how great the recovery girls were. I wish I could remember their names. I did not find the reception ladies rude like others stated. They were not as friendly as other staff but they did their job in a professional manner and were always available for questions or concerns. My experience was 5 star! The worst of it is what you have to do at home before the procedure.

He took 315 Cad from me as I am non Canadian only to say that what family doctor gave u medi one is good and didn't provide me all necessary information I need.He wants to make money that's all.I would recommend some other doctor.

Dr. Karunakaran was kind and patient with me. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he found and what the treatment will be. I have seen many doctors in the last decade and he is one of the good ones.

Do not go to Dr. Kutty if you value your privacy. Dr Kutty thinks it's ok to discuss medical history with your ride while in an open waiting room where there are other patient and staff. For someone who has been a doctor for over 30 years you think by now they would understand privacy but nope. Dr. Kutty is the worst doctor I have been too and I filed a complaint against him with the college of physicians.

Dr. Kutty was fine my first time for colonoscopy, but staff made mistakes on second appt times and were downright rude and difficult to deal with. Trying to find another gastroenterologist because i dont want to return to his clinic, only to be told that I have to have him do my endoscopy as he did my colonoscopy even though they are not related.
