I knew of Dr. Rita Louie from years back when I used to take my mother to appointments with her. I remembered how gentle and respectful she was with my mom. Several other family members go to her as well and think she is terrific. I had my own first appt with her recently and I would never go to anyone else. She is really thorough…really professional and I really appreciated her very kind and gentle approach..

I have been wearing glasses for more than 30 years and by far this optical store and Dr.Rita have been my favorite. Always professional, knowledgeable and prompt. In reading the previous reviews I find it very sad this person felt it necessary to personally attic the employee at this office referring to them as a "thing" It's one thing to site displeasure with the office but to attic as this person has is wrong shame on them!!!

Dr. Louie is a wonderful Optometrist and has been both professional and caring at every visit. She is very thorough and honest and we consider ourselves fortunate to have her as our entire family's optometrist. Thank you Dr. Louie for all of your care!

I have been under the care of Dr Rita for well over a decade. I trust her opinion and value her services. She has been amazing, and now my child will be going to her as well.

I wouldn't recommend any other Optometrist.

I have been a patient of Dr Rita for five years, she is very kind, professional, patient and thorough. I had an episode with floaters and as she was on vacation her brother Dr Benson, stepped in, saw me the next day, with continual followup

Every time I visit Rita Loui I am more than satisfied. She spends time with you, explains what is going on and offers solutions. Eye exams are time consuming but you are sure to get all the tests you need at her office. This office runs like a well timed machine.
I would more than recommend Rita Loui with any visual concerns. She is professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Take care of your vision with Rita and Ben Loui.

I booked an eye exam with Dr. Rita Louie. My experience was incredible from start to finish. Staff were kind, warm and empathetic. Dr. Rita was very patient and knowledgeable. I purchased new eyeglasses from her office as well. The opticians were amazing and I was shocked at how well everything was priced they gave me all options and I was able what best suited my budget. 10 Stars!!! I will definitely be returning for my annual eye exams!

Have been going to Rita Louie for about 25 years. Never rushes you in and out. Instead takes her time doing thorough exams and explaining your status, and answering all your concerns and questions in a friendly manner.
