I have been to so many different doctors, but none offered me lasting results. Even a lot of alternative doctors that told me I had Candida, Adrenal Fatigue or Parasites weren't able to help. Dr Stadler quickly debunked the theories other doctors had thrown around by doing more comprehensive blood testing.
Turns out I had blood sugar issues (which no other doctor had mentioned) and my body wasn't converting a thyroid hormone correctly. After 5 months of working with Dr Stadler, my blood tests look better and I finally feel better energy again! Can't say enough good things about my experience.

Dr Stadler was easy to talk to. I was not able to get to the bottom of my health issues with him but he was able to point me in the right direction. My issue with this place is that there is a "formula" that every person follows (cleaning up the diet and killing parasites etc) and that everyone is charged a large up front fee for this program. I think each person should be different in their treatment and paying a one size fits all fee made me feel ripped off. He directed me to a neurologist, but that advice was not worth the thousands I paid for. For that reason I can't recommend this doctor or facility.

I just finished my treatment with Dr. Stadler. After working with so many doctors about my hashimotos and getting no where, I was feeling hopeless and ready to give up. After my first visit with him I knew I finally found someone who knew how to help. He is so kind and listens and would take the time to explain to me what hashimotos is and how to manage it. I learned soooo much! It was hard but totally worth it. I feel like I have to tools to overcome and continue to feel healthy and have energy again. I will be forever grateful to him and his patience with me, and I am sure I will be in contact with him through the years for advice as I manage this autoimmune condition. Thanks so much Dr. Stadler! :) Heather

Dr. Stadler, sooo amazing at finding the root cause of health issues from insomnia, weight gain, fatigue, exercises (he's been a personal trainer too), food issues, skin problems, etc... He is so approachable, great listener, answers questions like "wow", cares, knows his "stuff". Need help? He's your "go to Doc"!

I had an amazing experience working with Dr. Stadler at Red River Health and Wellness. I have had Hashimotos for almost 13 years and had struggled with my health immensely in spite of doing many "healing" diets (like GAPS), eating almost 100% organic, eating GF and dairy free, etc. I had developed bad gastrointestinal pain and was unsure if it was related to my thyroid disease or not. After having a miscarriage, I talked my husband into having a consultation at Red River. My husband and I were amazed at how knowledgeable Dr. Stadler is. I found out that my intestinal pain (or flareups) were related to my thyroid. Following the prescribed program was not difficult for me, although it could be difficult for others not used to eating carefully, but it is well worth it. I found out what foods to eat, and what foods not to eat, plus how to treat my hypoglycemia. I rarely have intestinal pain now, and when I do, Dr. Stadler gave me the steps to get better quickly. I wish I would have found Red River sooner. It would have saved me years of heartache, struggle, memory loss, and regret. I only wish that Dr. Stadler could prescribe thyroid medication, or that there was a MD or even a Nurse Practitioner in the office that could prescribe and monitor medication. Thanks so much Dr. Stadler!

I'm not as eloquent as the other reviewers, but it's ok as they've already conveyed my experience with Dr. Stadler and RedRiver Health and Wellness! Dr. Stadler is just awesome. He is brilliant, but doesn't have a big ego or condescending attitude. He genuinely cares for his patients, and is very talented at getting to the root cause of the symptoms I presented. I feel healthier now than I have felt in 20 years or more. I was on a downward spiral of manic-depressive swings, weight issues, low energy levels, and a general apathy toward life. Now I feel like a human being again. I highly recommend Dr. Stadler! Everybody at RedRiver was very professional, and caring as well. Thank you!

I want to say that words cannot express my appreciation for Dr. Paul Stadler and all he has done for my physical and emotional health. After spending the past eight years going to many different doctors to try and get answers about my worsening health issues, I had all but given up that anyone could or would help me. I was referred to RedRiver Health and Wellness Center because they specialized in hypothyroidism as well as the overall endocrine system. I can truly say it has been a life changing experience for both me and my family. From the first time I spoke with Dr. Stadler, I knew he understood and cared about my health situation and was truly going to help me improve my health. Everything I had been telling “traditional” doctors and getting nowhere, Dr. Stadler explained in detail what was causing the symptoms, his diagnosis and plan to improve my overall health. He also found underlying problems I didn’t even know I had. He discovered the along with my hypothyroidism, I had a sluggish liver, adrenal dysfunction, hypoglycemia and other issues. He was confident that I would have a better quality of life once I completed the program and I can say it was an emotional and physical turning point in my life. He was vested in my care, explaining each phase of the plan in detail throughout my six months in his program. Dr. Stadler has amazing knowledge of the endocrine system and the impact it has on a person’s body and overall health. He has a keen understanding of the symptoms that occur when your body is not functioning at its optimal level and developed a plan specifically for me. As we went through each week, he would adjust my plan based on the results from that week, fine tuning my plan throughout the program. He has taught me so much about living a healthier life and being in tune to what’s happening with MY body. The knowledge base Dr. Stadler has given me about the foods to eat, the importance of a balanced diet, fueling my body correctly all day and nourishing it with lots of water will be a permanent lifestyle change for me. It was amazing to learn how many of my health issues were tied to the foods I was eating, even though I thought I was doing a great job with my choices. I have taken charge of what I put in my body, read labels and make every effort to make the right choices. It has become a habit I don’t intend to break. He has also taught me how to review my lab results and what to look for in order to ensure my levels are in the optimal ranges for my target areas. After working with Dr. Stadler, I will hold other doctors to a higher standard. He has the upmost integrity, honesty and is highly motivating. I plan to follow up with him on a yearly basis to ensure I am still on track with my overall health. I am a stronger, healthier and happier person because of Dr. Stadler. It’s not an easy journey, and it takes determination and motivation to see yourself through the program. It is intense and you will be as successful as you set your mind to be. Dr. Stadler will teach you what you need to know if you are willing to do the work. Remember, input equals output! It is well worth the effort and it will change your life. I made my own book to keep all the information Dr. Stadler has given me, all my notes from our appointments, food lists, recipes, etc. to use as a reference guide to live by. Take the time to educate yourself about foods and recipes to fit your lifestyle. You will be so glad you choose to stick with it! Dr. Stadler has made an impact far beyond my imagination and given me my life back; something I can never thank him enough for. There were many tears along the way and with lots of laughter, but I know he truly cares about me as a person. I feel I was given a huge blessing when Dr. Stadler came into my life and I am eternally grateful for that. I will always consider him part of my family. Also, I cannot say enough great things about his office staff. They were so kind, always helpful and sensitive to my needs throughout the program. I strongly recommend and encourage anyone who is struggling to get answers to their declining health to contact Dr. Stadler at RedRiver Health and Wellness Center for help. He is a rock star and #1 in my book. You won’t be disappointed!

Finding Dr Stadler was like finding an island in the middle of the ocean! I was in such bad shape when I first saw him that I couldn't even drive myself. I was in a hyperthyroid storm and many Drs didn't want to even deal with it. But Dr Stadler took me and within weeks I was feeling so much better. I have my life back and can now function normally. You do need to be willing to put something into this yourself but it is well worth the effort. Thanks!

Over the years, I have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue by several traditional doctors who don't think it's possible to think outside what they were taught in med-school. They have been quick to recommend prescription drugs for my symptoms and have not been thorough in my blood work. I do not take prescription drugs and wanted to continue that lifestyle. The past two years, my health continued to deteriorate and I was desperate to find a doctor who could help me. That's when Dr. Stadler came into the picture. I actually found him from 2 other people's recommendations whom I was acquaintances with and he had helped them with the same symptoms that I had presented. After 5 months of treatment and education, Dr. Stadler has changed my life and has helped me get back my quality of life. Wrongly diagnosed with chronic fatigue, I now can say I had an endocrine system that was not functioning properly. Due to the extensive blood work that Dr. Stadler requests, he was able to determine exactly where my system was not functioning properly, therefore, I was presenting the symptoms I had for several years. After 5 months, all my symptoms are gone and I have lost 25 pounds without any kind of weight loss drugs or excessive exercise regimen. I hold Dr. Stadler in the highest regards as he has made it possible to see life positively again instead of feeling like there is no hope.
