Dr. Shaffer where are you!? The new office is too open. There is no privacy...isn't that a violation of hipaa laws?... even when checking out at the front desk. They need a door to block off the waiting area from the dental area. The staff is very nice. Although they must think their patients are deaf. The doctor is very nice and only knowledgeable to a point. I definitely would not recommend him.

Very nice, knowledgable dentist. He took over the practice in Tallmadge from Dr. Pat Shaffer. Grant has an excellent chair side demeanor and was really good with my kids.
