Blue Cross / Blue Shield
The word is Dr. Cheng breaks many labor laws and is quite unfair and unkind to his staff. That is as important to me as his knowledge of orthopedic surgery. I would prefer someone else. He needs to know that people are watching him, making notes. He may get hit with a lawsuit for his labor practices.
