Horrible just horrible. Left feeling scared something will go wrong

Dr. Hertz is such a great doctor. He was so knowledgeable about my specific health problems. The staff there was really compassionate and I could tell they actually cared about me. Everyone made my a lot easier to get threw.

felt like a peice of meat. Just one more "thing to get done and out of the way". Don't be fooled by the web site. Its all a gimmick. They only care about taking your money and moving on to the next victim.

Dr. Hertz was amazing! He began the process for my 2nd trimester abortion. He made sure I knew I was making the right decision before he did anything. The staff was also incredible and so polite. I had to go through a 3 day process for Dilation & Evacuation because this was my first pregnancy, so I saw another awesome DR the next two days. Northland Family Planning is the place to go if you want great, safe care!

I agree 100% with the girl above me. I barely got to see his face before they put me under without letting me know. I was scared and had 3 panic attacks while i was there. I am a sensitive and let him know i was scared, he had no interest in my emotions. I felt as though he looked at me as "another f--- up to get done and out of the way" I am a good person, and I know this, but I am having a difficult time wrapping my head around his words. No compassion, sympathy or desire to make you feel comfortable. I also recommend not having him if you are gentle-hearted. I felt trapped and scared as soon as I realized his true nature. =/

He is an abortion doctor and being this type of doctor he needs to be compassionate, but he was not. He is rude, pompous, and arrogant. I was ok until he stepped into the room and spoke. After dealing with him, I was upset, pissed and did not hoped I would never see him again. Sadly for me I had to see him the next day and I was VERY upset I almost left. I feel like if he doesn't want to perform abortions or doesn't like women that want abortions then he ought not do them. Ladies, if you aren't tough and you are more of a sensitive person, then make sure he is not your doctor because he will make you feel like garbage.

I found him to be a great doctor when my third child was born. He was very friendly, helpful, and caring...
