I’m pretty disappointed about what I experience today at your office. I ran into traffic so I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and when I arrive they said they wouldn’t be able to see me because I had come too late. I explain to them I was in traffic and it wasn’t t safe for me to call since the Voicemail call center is menu options.

It’s not a safe thing to be on the phone while driving especially when you have a system that has menu options only and no bypass option. Your staff replied that’s not their problem it is yours. And I said no it is your problem because you have that call-center set up in this way you do not have a bypass option.

I ended up having two appointments today, one for the pain flare up and one for paperwork. The second appointment was made by the call center people and they didn’t inform me that a second one was created. When I was at the office and asked about the second appointment the office said because i didn’t make the 1 pm appointment they went ahead and cancelled the 1:40 pm and without letting me know. The reason I was given is I was late for the 1 o’clock and so they automatically canceled my 1:40 p appointment. I asked it’s not even 1:30 pm yet why can’t I still be seen and they said no they had already canceled the appointment.

The 1:40 pm appointment was paperwork I needed filled out. Your office always tells me I need to come in face-to-face and request the paperwork before you will fill it out.

After take today’s experience moving forward I will fax you the paperwork I need fill out your office can fill it out and return it to me when it’s completed.

I have four other medical conditions, two of which when they are active I can’t do face to face The day your office refuses to fill out the paperwork unless I come for a face to face appointment that will be the day I will file a complaint with the state for discrimination towards a disabled individual and who can’t come in physically to have FMLA and a Needs Accommodation paperwork filled out.

One more thing, I had an appointment scheduled with Alyssa on May 10 at 2 pm and your call center moved that appointment to today and Alyssa wasn’t even in the office and now I have another appointment that was canceled and that one was for me to come in and request new leg braces.

Yes I completely agree with the reviews below. I had excatly same situation. He was more interested to get me enrolled into a program without even dealing with the problem first. And I am always very careful with the drugs I take so it was very disappointing that he would not give me another alternative.

Hands out only meds and wants to sens you to his clinic's programs. does not want to consult specialist even when objective evidence points so. Does not want to make any effort to get you any treatment Rough bedside manner

Before I went, I spent hours filling out his 15 page questionnaire. Went to his office in pain, thinking he would read it. It was more cogent then anything I could have told him that day. But he only glanced at it - despite my asking him to read it. He was more interested in simply enrolling me into his long term private therapy program, which if not why my doctor sent me to him. A very negative individual. I never went back. A waste of time and money

He passes out Suboxone like its candy. It is a terrible drug and impossible to stop taking. Dr. Abaci said it was a wonderful drug. I had to find the downside on my own. It is a wonderful drug to get you through his program but then you are stuck on this nightmarish drug.
