Mr Heath has been my surgeon since 2014 and again recently. I have found him to be a very good surgeon, explaining procedures and taking time listening to questions and answering any doubts. Taking responsibility for all his decision making. Aftercare with him and his team has been very good. Good sense of humour

This guy has bent over backwards for me from initial diagnosis to my continuing treatment and care following on from several more episodes of my illness. He is knowledgable, caring, really knows his stuff & an excellent surgeon. I am totally confident under him & his team.

Great communication, fully involved me in discussion and decision making. Friendly, knowledgeable, a great teacher to his team. Was caring, made sure I was fully able to be discharged. Was awake during surgery so was very reassuring

Terrible communication, poor planing and constantly delaying my surgery. I’ve been waiting for 2 years. It’s near impossible to get a call back from him and his secretary is rude with a “I don’t care” attitude. Do I find another doctor and begin a new prolonged wait, or do I continue to hope that this one will eventually get around to me? Absolute joke!
