Amazing Dermatologist, really helped my Eczema, however, the staff are very rude, none-responsive and just don't reply to mails or actually read them... Getting an actual appointment is a nightmare...

I am really not sure what i did or if anything, that i may have done to the staff.. but, I was prescribed Orratane by Dr Naidoo - for nearly a year which at the end, i had to have 3 more doses of the pills. I misplaced my one script for my last 3 doses of pills & requested a new one, which i then only received a script for one month.. 2 months have passed and not a single response from secretary after 4 emails sent. I was super eager to finish this meds so that we could go onto a new step in getting my skin cleared up.. From one crappy derma to another and still i do not have clearer skin..
This is very hurtful as she really was a good doctor & also, walking distance from my home!
