I have been visiting Pam's office (her choice to be called Pam by her patients) for many years. Early on, I was concerned that seeing her personally was a challenge, but I have had very good results from the PA's. Betty is not quite as knowledgeable as Mr. Kramer, but is certainly competent. I no longer hesitate at seeing a PA, especially Mr. Kramer, if Pam is unavailable. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have gone the PA for seventeen years. She is very knowledgable. I trust her. She is the best doctor I have ever had. Her office staff can be difficult at times and unsympathetic to a patient's frustration with scheduling with Pam. Pam has been ill for a few years and had cut her hours making it difficult to see her. She now is better and working more. People need to realize she is human too and needs to take care of herself too. I personally enjoy the humor that Mr. Kramer, Dr. Aschenbrener and Dr. Jarrett share with their patients. It makes the visit pleasant, but their professionalism is never compromised by their sense of fun. I would recommend any of the doctors or PAs at that office.

Client confidentiality issues. PA Betty Esquibel says things so loud, and with the patient room ajar (i.e., sometimes next to the patient waiting area) that your patient confidentiality could be compromised. She needs to be sensitive about this. PA Kramer adds unprofessional anecdotes that I could live without and do live without because I don't go here anymore. For example, "DON'T FORGET YOUR SUITCASE; DON'T STICK ANYTHING LARGER THAN AN ELBOW IN YOUR EAR." I don't go to a doctor's office to joke around. Further, the receptionist bumped me for another patient even though I was EARLY for the appointment, and the other patient's appointment was scheduled AFTER mine.
