101 Main St, Medford. Dr. Carman was not able to answer even basic questions, such as questions about birth control, how health and hormones are related. She didn't do a breast exam. I mentioned my lymph nodes were bothering me, and I had to remind her near the end to have her take a look. Extremely unhappy with her service.
