When explaining my history to the Dr. she was distant, cold, didn't make eye contact and said something that was overtly insulting. She also allowed her dog to run around the office and waiting room. I love dogs, but what if a patient is allergic?! I then had to wait over a half hour for the results to an ultrasound, which I never received. The nurse lied to me and told me the doctor was busy with other patients and would tell me the results at my next appointment, but I saw her walk out 2 mins previous with her phone and keys in hand. Maybe she was just having a rough day. I hope everything comes back normal, but in the event that it doesn't it would be a shame she couldn't spare 2 mins to share the initial results with me.

Dr. Gordon saw my daughter on short notice and showed genuine concern for her condition. She had already seen 5 specialists in other areas so we have had some experience with doctors in her case. The doctor was professional and compassionate. She called me a couple of times between scheduled visits to make suggestions and order new tests. I would not hesitate to trust my health or that of my children with her. We have been very impressed.
