I am a person with a disability and doctor chong and staff were amazing,caring and took good care of me when I was having dental surgery I have no complaints, I had so much anxiety which is one of my other conditions and they assured me I would be ok and I was thankyou

This is the worst doctor ever. He was super ignorant and stubborn. I had him put in my IV before surgery 4 weeks ago and he completely ignored the fact that I am a hard start and only have one hand that works for IV. He tried for half an hour, after me telling him several times to use my right hand, to get an IV into my arms, feet and neck. When trying on my neck he put his elbow and arm on my head, cranked it to the side and put nearly all his weight on my head! 4 weeks later I can still barely turn my head to the right. And after all that, he couldn't even get it into my neck. He poked and prodded many times and even let the IV run, and I am still swollen in my neck. I have never in my life had such a rude doctor that has no compassion whatsoever for his patients. To top it off, all the nurses that I had before and after that, had not a good word for this man. He needs to be fired!! He treats the staff like crap and the patients even worse!
