Dr Vickrey and her staff are an amazing team. Dr. Vickrey will listen and then give you options. When she orders tests she tells you that if the test is normal you will get a letter in the mail and if the test is not normal, then you will get a phone call. She and her staff keep their promise. Her staff is so kind and calls you by name. I had surgery at the beginning of the year and my life has changed because of Dr. Vickrey. I am so glad I found a good doctor in the TriCities.

Dr Vickery is very scatter brained. She didn't remember my name from visit to visit. Her and her office are very unprofessional in getting back to you in a timely manner. she is only interested in serving her hospital and not what the patient wants and requests. I would highly recommend seeing another doctor if you can.

Horrific. Mutilated me. After Vickrey finished my hysterectomy, it took a team of 2 NEW surgeons to put my insides back together months later. Vickrey never even put one single note in the file in an attempt to cover herself. She cared nothing for my life. The new surgical team discovered her mistakes on their own, and then fixed the organs that she butchered. Ladies, DO NOT allow this person to perform your hysterectomy. The clinic must be desperate in order to allow her to keep her job there...

I finally found an EXCELLENT OBGYN!! She's very knowledgable and puts you at ease. She doesn't rush you and takes time with you. She is thorough and takes time to explain results with you making sure you understand all your options. I hadn't had a pap for over 5 years (am a rape victim) and she was really gentle. I am REALLY happy with her! I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr. Jenny Vickrey is kind and very informative. She thoroughly explained every aspect of what to expect with my upcoming appointments. She let us know all of our options with for the birth of our first child as well as all the special testing we could have done. If you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor I would recommend Dr. Jenny Vickrey.

Dr. Jenny Vickrey was very informative, and explained the office visit, her concerns and the procedures and didn't pressure me to make any decision without having all the information first. The office staff is also very professional and I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was seen right at my appointment time. There was no wait because I feel that they schedule enough time for every patient because she spent lots of time with me without being rushed to get out the door.

I found the office staff and Dr. Vickrey friendly and helpful - and on time! I didn't feel at all rushed in the exam room - nurse and Dr. both answered questions I had to my satisfaction. Dr. Vickrey especially was very thorough.
