Claims to be an expert in several areas and after tons of money on supplements and tests I'm no better off than I was before I started. Referrals took weeks to get done that's with me calling and reminding several times. Most of the staff are rude and act annoyed if you call. ALWAYS late and spends more time talking about herself than listening!

Erin Files is one of the most amazing ladies I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares a lot about her patients. She is also very wise and has the ability to discern what's going on with her patients. She has seen other people in my family and has been great with them as well. I've never seen a health care provider like her. She is awesome.

Erin Files is amazing! I have been to so many doctors over the past 2 years who simply look at my lab results and tell me I'm in the normal range and should be fine. Dr Files was the first doctor to actually investigate further and give me actual solutions to my medical problems. I am SO thankful I found her office!

This office does take insurance but is not contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield because BCBS does not cover functional medicine. It has nothing to do with taking the time to contract with insurance. Believe me…My experience here has been amazing and she is the first person who has ever listened to me and made me feel better when no one else did.

Does not take insurance. Frustrating that an office wont take the time to contract with insurance. For the patient!
