I had complex issues. She thot I was only seeking pain meds & thot I was addicted & making pain up. I had a small lump on my arm. She waited 1 yr b4 doing a biopsy. It grew from 1'x1' to 5'x8' at biopsy time. I have Sarcoidosis. In that yr my pain spread everywhere & I developed more issues. She continued 2 treat me like a mental patient. I stopped going 2 docs 4 two yrs bcuz how she & 1 other doc treated me. My symptoms & pain only got worse. The Sarc went 2 my heart, spleen, kidneys, lungs, bone marrow, lymph nodes, skin. I needed a pacemaker/defibrillator. I developed small fiber neuropathy, heart failure, chronic kidney disease & other issues. I had 3 yrs 2 live if I didn't get the ICD. I finally got a very good doc & I've had 14 specialists. Kay Balink should have been fired 4 how she treated me along with Dr. Nathan Rudin, a pain doc. Bcuz of how they treated me, they almost cost me my life by not listening & taking me serious. Find the right doc no matter what. U matter!!!
