If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible, unkempt, truly disgusting office. Everything was old, dirty, broken, the sink in the bathroom didn't even work. I had to get a refill on my medicine and nor the doctor or her associates knew how to send prescriptions through their own computer system. I was charged incorrectly and when trying to understand what the cost was for, I was dismissed and told that "they had better things to do and would deal with me later." No care for patients.

The worst doctor ever. I used to work as a medical assistant for her and witnessed horrific things. She should be in jail for the stuff she pulls and gets away with. Don't, please for God's sake, don't. Just see someone else.

I started seeing Sanghavi because my mother used to go to her and I knew nothing about gynos. Leaving her practice is the BEST thing I ever did. I love my current gyno. Sanghavi's office has long wait times. Their staff is often rude - their one secretary can't even speak/understand English. The only staff member I like is the black nurse (Don't remember her name). Sanghavi is pretty good as far as it comes to examining - she makes me feel comfortable. However, she tries to push her medical choices on me. She also tried to switch my BCP when a new company was paying her to push their drug, despite the fact I was on the first one for years with great results and no issues. To her chagrin, I refused to switch. Additionally, her 2 PAP smears a year policy if you take BCP is a stupid, greedy, money-making policy. (She has signs posted about it in her waiting room.) Not a single other gyno I've seen has had any sort of similar policy. Lastly, she is a thief when it comes to billing. First off, it's near impossible to reach someone in her billing dept. When you do, they are RUDE. Second, my insurance allows for 1 free wellness visit a year, meaning PAP smears are 100% covered. She'd always charge me anyway. Finally, I decided to contact my insurance company. They called her office and informed them of this benefit. She/her office said it is not a wellness visit because I am leaving with a BCP script. The insurance explained that she can use one code for the PAP so it's covered under wellness (because the insurance pays her regardless) and a 2nd code to bill for the BCP script, even though she wasn't doing anything additional to a normal PAP. She basically yelled at my insurance agent, saying they want her to commit fraud and not get paid. My insurance agent was shocked and said she never dealt with someone so nasty and unreasonable, especially when the doctor herself was doing something highly questionable. I chose not to escalate the issue, as the agent said I could, and switched doctors instead. Also, Sanghavi's waiting room has signs everywhere saying if you ask even one question during your visit, it will not be billed as a Wellness exam. What is the point of those signs when she doesn't bill under Wellness exams regardless??? I purposely never asked any questions and still got billed. Since switching to my new doctor, I've undergone the same Wellness exam, got my BCP script, asked a bunch of questions, and had an additional test done due to some pain I was experiencing. I did not get billed a single red cent by my new doctor. Don't go to Sanghavi unless you like giving your money away to thieves while receiving subpar service.

Oh my god these reviews are so fake anyone who reads them can tell. All the reviews are posted by the same people within two three days of eachother. Use common sense, the good reviews are fake.

Dr. Maya Sanghavi is a warm, caring and exceptionally competent gynecologist. She delivered my daughter 23 years ago, and we still celebrate that every time I see her. Her medical exams are thorough and she has the most up to date information about women's health issues (birth control, vaccines, bone density loss, and so on). She spends time talking to her patients both about the medical matters and the personal.

I have been an extremely happy and satisfied patient of Dr. Maya Sanghavi for last 6 years. Not only is she compassionate and caring but also immensely knowledgeable. I always trust her advise and diagnosis. I have highest regard for her abilities and Integrity. I will highly recommend her to anyone who needs a doctor with years of experience and knowledge.

Dr. Sanghavi is "the best" Gynecologists. She is extremely knowledgable in her field and very very experienced doctor. She has amazing personality "the best one can expect from doctor". She is very approachable and easy to talk to. She should be the role model for other doctors. She is extremely caring and very comasionate doctor, the quality you look for in OBGYN. She is very thorough in the teratment she provides and always have smile on her face. Oh My God, she is so energatic and very active :-) During the examination, she makes you comfortable in such a way and engages you in conversation that before you realize, the most uncomfortable and painful examination is over. Amazing doctor. I do not have enough words to say good things about her. So, if you are looking for ONGYN, DR. Sanghavi is the best doctor in New Jersey. Pick up the hone and make an appointment with her, you will be in good hands.

Dr. Sanghavi is an excellent doctor. She and her staff are very pleasant, helpful, and make you feel comfortable. She is concerned about her patients and answers questions. She delivered my children, and I have been her patient for more than ten years. I recommend her highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sanghavi's for over 10 years. Going to her office has always been a pleasant and confortable experience. Dr. Sanghavi greets her patients warmly and is always sincere and genuinely interested in your issues. I have highly recommended Dr. Sanghavi to friends and family in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
